Steve DeLaCastro is Vice President, Financial Services, with Ricoh USA Digital Services Sales and an inspirational executive leader. With more than 30 years of diverse global management experience in Banking and Insurance, his career has spanned almost equal parts, management consulting, software, services, and leadership in financial institution technology. His passion is shaping and delivering business strategies, innovation and applied digital solutions. His focus is on improving customer service, trust, and developing competitive distinctions. Having worked both sides of the aisle as a former CIO at global banks and insurance companies, Steve brings his unique experience and perspectives to Ricoh’s digital services. Originally from Omaha, Steve’s extensive international responsibilities included living abroad in many countries. He graduated B.S. from the Universidad Santa Maria, Caracas, and completed MBA studies at the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School in Croydon.
