If a label is not included in the box, you can print a prepaid shipping label to return your used toner cartridge or maintenance kit and have it recycled.
Here's what to do:
Click the button to create a prepaid shipping label. Please note: You will need an EDP code* to complete the form. You need only one EDP code per return.
Tape the label to the outside of the package.
Follow the return instructions on the form.
*What is an EDP code?
EDP codes are product numbers. You can find the code on the label of the original carton box; sometimes it can be found on the cartridge or container itself. If the box is unavailable and the cartridge/container unmarked, please contact your supplier for this information.
